The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (formerly known as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline) is a United States-based suicide prevention network of over 200+ crisis centers that provides 24/7 service via a toll-free hotline with the number 9-8-8. It is available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress. The caller is routed to their nearest crisis center to receive immediate counseling and local mental health referrals. The Lifeline supports people who call for themselves or someone they care about.
 
We are adding a ton to our Mental Health Awareness Month line this year. For personal reasons I'm sharing some of my favorite sayings that have gotten me through tough times the past 5 months. This topic much like Suicide Awareness and Prevention are very important to us. We started with this conversation and will always do our part to raise awarenes and funds and continue talking about it. This slogan was given to me by a therapist. It's hard not to be our own worst enemy but we must reflect on all we are doing. All we are working toward and give ourselves more grace. Be Kind To yourself and keep going.
